Learning Challenge: Learning about Sleep

I read How Sleep Deprivation Decays the Mind and Body and learned that sleep deprivation leads to depression, high blood pressure, weight gain, heart disease, and even death. I knew that sleep deprivation could lower your immune system and cause many different issues but I never bothered to look into it because then I would be concerned about how sleep deprived I am all the time. I spread myself thin every semester so I get very little sleep every night but sometimes I feel like I don't have an option other than staying up. One day, I will try to sleep more by lessening my crazy schedule.
