New neuroscience reveals 4 rituals that will make you happy and I never knew that worrying makes our brain feel better since it activates the brain's reward center. I also didn't know that gratitude releases serotonin. I have known that touching releases oxytocin though from the psychology classes I have taken in the past. I want to try these rituals now and hope to see more positivity in my life as well as others around me.
